3. Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of 99xq services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- Each individual may hold only one active 99xq account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
99xq processes all deposits and withdrawals through supported mobile financial services and bank channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, unverified sources, or methods linked to a different account holder are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
99xq offers various bonus and promotional programs to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general terms below:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be directly withdrawn. Only funds that have met the full wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
- 99xq reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms, and to void any bonus where abuse or exploitation is detected.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device applies. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all bonus funds being voided.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the RTP and game restrictions stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 99xq. Specific game rules are set by the relevant game provider and are displayed within each game interface:
- All bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. 99xq does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest platform error that materially affected the bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

- Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity intended to defraud 99xq or other players.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any transaction that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
- Registering under a false identity, providing fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another person for any purpose on the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are void and must be returned.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 99xq platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 99xq or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 99xq content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any 99xq intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
